1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be within the 90-day return period

  • Be in its original condition — unwashed, unused, and undamaged

  • Be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

This return policy is valid only for orders shipped within the United States. We do not accept international returns at this time.

2. Return Procedure by Case

A. Returns due to Pewdebris’s Fault

If your item arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered, the return is on us.

Applies to: All clothing and accessories sold on Pewdebris
Examples:

  • Broken, cracked, or damaged during transit

  • Wrong item, size, or color shipped

Cost: Free. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Solution: Choose between a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund including your original shipping fee.

B. General Return (Change of Mind or No Longer Needed)

If the product is still functional but you no longer need it or changed your mind:

Cost: You cover the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked method and packing the item securely.
Solution: After inspection and confirmation that the item is in resellable condition, we will refund the product cost (excluding original shipping).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless defective, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

4. Return Process (Steps)

Step 1: Email [email protected] within 90 days of receipt. Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • If damaged: clear photo or video evidence

Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. If applicable, a prepaid label will be included.

5. Money Back Guarantee

  • Processing Time: Refunds issued within 5 business days of return inspection

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). No store credits unless requested

  • Notification: You will receive an email once the refund is processed

6. Restocking Fees

Pewdebris does not charge any restocking fees.

7. Pewdebris Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MST) are processed same day
