At Pewdebris, we’re committed to providing you with a transparent and efficient shopping experience. This policy details our shipping process, costs, and delivery times. Please read it carefully to understand how we process and deliver your order.

1. Shipping Area

Currently, Pewdebris offers shipping only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

2. Shipping Carriers

Pewdebris primarily uses UPS and USPS for order delivery. The carrier may vary depending on your shipping address, order size, or service availability.

3. Shipping Costs

We aim to keep shipping costs simple and transparent:

  • Flat Rate (Standard Shipping): $4.99

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $89.00

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Processing Time & Delivery

To get your order to you efficiently, we divide the process into two stages:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM MST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Note on Peak Seasons & Delays: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or due to unforeseen events like severe weather or carrier delays, processing and transit times may be extended. Pewdebris will make every effort to communicate and minimize any disruption.

5. Delivery Timeline Example

Here’s how a typical order might look:

Monday (after 2:00 PM MST): Order placed → will begin processing Tuesday
Tuesday–Wednesday: Order processed, packed, and shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed
Next 5–7 business days: Carrier delivers your order

Expected delivery: End of following week or early the week after

6. Track Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has left our facility. It will include:

  • Your Tracking Number

  • A Tracking Link for real-time updates directly from the carrier’s website

Please note: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system after shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Goods

a. Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and shipping box

We will review the issue promptly and offer a replacement or refund.

b. Lost Packages:
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, and tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing or shipping. Once your order is in production or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

If a cancellation is not possible, you may still be eligible for a return—please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
